Terms & Conditions – Kashmir Travel Guru
By booking with Kashmir Travel Guru, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any service or tour booking.
1. Booking & Payment
- A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
- Full payment must be completed prior to the start of the tour unless stated otherwise.
- All prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing (email or form submission).
- Refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy (insert link if available).
- Non-refundable services such as visa fees, airline tickets, or hotel bookings will be excluded from refunds.
3. Tour Modifications
- Kashmir Travel Guru reserves the right to make changes to itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, political unrest, or natural disasters.
- Any changes will be communicated as early as possible.
4. Travel Documents
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid identification, passports, visas, and other required documents.
- We are not liable for any denied entry or delay due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
5. Responsibility & Liability
- While we strive to provide smooth travel experiences, Kashmir Travel Guru is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by third-party providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
- We are also not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising during tours unless caused by our negligence.
6. Health & Safety
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the chosen tour.
- Any medical condition must be disclosed before the tour begins.
- Travel insurance is recommended for all travelers.
7. Code of Conduct
- All travelers must respect local customs, cultures, and laws during tours.
- We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour for behavior that is disruptive or unsafe.
